Sponsorship and Promotional Opportunities

Get more exposure before, during, and after the conference. Build brand awareness and create new leads. Sponsorships offer an opportunity to impact the principal profession in a more meaningful and relevant way while raising your company’s profile.

Attendees will be invited to the opening reception sponsored by your company. You can welcome attendees, speak about your company, and network with attendees. The opening reception is attended by ALL conference participants. Your event will be promoted on the conference website and in conference communications to NAESP members. As the exclusive opening welcome reception sponsor, you will have premium booth placement and your company has the unique potential to establish a higher level of brand recognition across the entire conference while taking advantage of an appreciative audience who will be ready and willing to learn about your products and services as they plan their exhibit hall experience. Receptions may be held either on-site or off-site. Current sponsorship amount covers on-site receptions only. Off-site reception costs are to be determined based on location and transportation.

With their busy schedules and limited time for refreshments, NAESP attendees will be looking for much needed refreshments.  Associate your brand with these coffee and refreshment breaks, and build your buzz!

As conference attendees regroup in between educational sessions, refreshments are served in the convention center on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Sponsor logos are placed in highly trafficked break signage table, table tents, and napkins. Company literature may be distributed as well.

As the conference bag sponsor, you can be confident that you’re leaving a lasting impression on our attendees. Bags are distributed at registration and branded with “Conference Bag Sponsored By” text and sponsor logo as well as NAESP logo.

Smartphone and iPad users will download the conference app before they arrive in National Harbor to peruse the conference events, create their own personalized schedule of the sessions they’ll attend, and determine which exhibitors they want to see. They’ll send tweets and emails to their friends to let them know which sessions they will be attending. After the conference, they’ll use the app to recall exhibitors, event information and stay in touch with NAESP members and other contacts they made in National Harbor.

An Item that was conceived as a convenience has become conference attendees’ most prized possession – and an opportunity for your organization to gain prominent exposure.  Your logo will be featured on the front cover of the guide, and you can place an ad on the inside cover.  The guide will be used by thousands of attendees to navigate the conference for three days.

As the exclusive sponsor of the keycards, you’ll be “in the pocket” of every attendee.  The Gaylord will hand a keycard with your company’s logo and slogan to every attendee registered at the Host hotel.

With this exclusive opportunity get your company noticed the moment attendees walk in the door. The badge holders, imprinted with your company name, are distributed at registration.

Be one of several companies to sponsor a Night Out @ Nats Stadium. Join hundreds of elementary school principals for a night out to see the Washington Nationals play the Milwaukee Brewers. Sponsors will be recognized in pre- Conference promotions and on-site during the Conference.

Drop a flyer, special offer or product brochure in the Conference Tote bag given to each registered attendee. Draw attention to your booth or remind attendees of your products and services after the conference. All inserts must be approved by NAESP.

Are you looking for a unique way to “connect” your company with conference attendees?  How about offering them the opportunity to charge their mobile devices while on site at the conference compliments of your mobile charging station?  Station will be placed in a high-traffic area which is sure to draw attention AND appreciation from attendees as you rescue them from the dreaded “Low Battery” signal.

With so many sessions, events and activities scheduled at the NAESP Conference, many attendees will walk a few miles a day at the Gaylord National Harbor.  They’ll welcome the opportunity to rest their feet and receive a free massage, and you’ll benefit from the additional traffic at your booth.

Pre-show mailings increase booth traffic by as much as 33%. (Source: The Center for Exhibitor Industry Research.) Get in contact with attendees before and after the conference. The attendee mailing list is available for rent for one-time use after May 15, 2016. (Note: The list does not include e-mail addresses.)
