There are so many options in the Washington, D.C. area to see and visit! As an added benefit for our registered conference attendees, we are offering the convenience of a tour registration portal. Three airports serve the Washington, D.C. metro area:

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA): Has over 400 national and international flights daily. Located close to downtown Washington, DC and approximately 7.5 miles away from the Gaylord Convention Center, this convenient airport is accessible by Metro, taxi or shuttle.  International flights are only available from/to Canada and the Caribbean.

Dulles International Airport (IAD): Has over 300 national flights daily and over 450 international flights daily. Located approximately 35 miles away from the Gaylord Convention Center, this airport may require advanced planning and travel time to avoid traffic congestion. Avoid the usual morning and after-work traffic by scheduling your arrival and/or departure for midday or evening hours. Dulles is accessible by shuttle or taxi; the Metro does not currently service this airport.

Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI): Located south of Baltimore, this airport may offer the best travel deals. Located approximately 39 miles away from the Gaylord Convention Center, this airport is accessible by taxi, shuttle and the rail systems (Amtrak, MARC).
